This episode speaks about intentional Cannabis consumption. Consuming Cannabis for things like sleep, anxiety, and chronic pain, might mean that you need to combine different methods of consumption. For example, apply a Cannabis-infused lotion to your aching joints in the morning or place a few drops of cannabis oil under your tongue with dinner. We also speak about breakthrough pain in this episode. Listen in as we share our personal experiences as breast cancer survivors with pain, stress, and anxiety, and how we've learned to manage our symptoms with Cannabis.
*Disclaimer: Steph and Stacy are not healthcare professionals or neuroscientists. As we start talking about cannabis in the body and its relation to our pain, symptoms, and conditions, we want to remind you that we're not necessarily giving this as health advice directly to our listeners. We recommend that you speak directly to someone like us, a cannabis educator or a cannabis patient care coach, or even a cannabis-trained doctor or pharmacist if you are considering medical cannabis to help treat the symptoms you are experiencing. Steph and Stacy are both cannabis patient care coaches, and they work closely with patients for several months, helping them succeed with this medicine. Pain, sleep, stress, and anxiety are some of the top things to help clients find relief.
